Detox
Detox is the first step to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. During our detox programs, you will get the medical and psychological support you need to manage withdrawal symptoms during the first few weeks after you quit abusing substances. Throughout detox, you’ll also work on developing a long-term plan for recovery so you can move on to the next stage of treatment.

Long-Term Care
Residential Rehab
Residential rehab programs give you the foundation of understanding and coping skills during early recovery. Most programs last 30-90 days when you live within a treatment facility. This keeps you accountable for your sobriety and treatment goals while you get 24/7 support from mental health and addiction specialists.
Creekside Recovery Group partners with several residential rehab providers throughout Florida and Georgia.
Housing Services
Sober Living
Sober living homes offer additional support for those in the early stages of recovery. Several clients live in sober living homes during outpatient treatment to keep them accountable for their sobriety. Sober living homes also provide programming and activities of their own.
If you don’t have stable or safe housing, sober living can be a great way to transition to everyday life after residential rehab.
Day Treatment
Partial Hospitalization Program
A partial hospitalization program (PHP) is a high level of outpatient care for mental health and substance use disorders. Also called “day treatment,” PHP involves 6 to 8 hours of programming daily, six days a week. You’ll have individual therapy, group therapy, psychoeducational instruction, and life skills training throughout your PHP program.
PHP is a great way to continue getting a high level of treatment without the need to live within a treatment facility.
Flexible Treatment
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is the next step down after you complete a PHP program. IOP offers programming five days a week for about 3-4 hours per session. As a result, you can still get a high level of treatment while tending to other responsibilities in your life.
Our IOP programs help you gradually transition back to everyday life as you gain the coping skills needed to reduce professional support.
Aftercare Support
Outpatient Program
Outpatient programs offer the most flexibility as you create a treatment plan that works for you. After you complete higher levels of care, like residential, PHP, and IOP, you could still have lingering issues or mental health symptoms. An outpatient therapy program can help you hone in on specific issues, like low self-esteem, relationship problems, and anxiety.
Many clients attend outpatient therapy once a week, either on an individual, group, or family basis—or a combination depending on your needs.
